The Johns Hopkins men's lacrosse team will open the 2009 season in exactly 63 days (Feb. 20). Years ending in "9" have been kind to JHU, which won national championships in 1899, 1909, 1919, 1949, 1959, 1969 and 1979 and played in one of the great all-time NCAA Championship games in 1989.
