#15 Wesleyan Tops Trinity in NESCAC Opening Round

MIDDLETOWN, Conn. -- Defeating Trinity (6-9) for the second time this season and for the 11th time in a row since 2000, Wesleyan (10-4) advanced to the NESCAC tournament semifinals for the sixth consecutive season behind a 11-5 victory at home today. Wesleyan will meet fourth-seeded Bowdoin in one semi-final at Middlebury College Saturday, May 3 while top-seeded and host Middlebury takes on sixth-seeded Williams, which upset Tufts in its first-round matchup.
