#11 Amherst Downs Endicott in NCAA First Round

AMHERST, MA – The Amherst College women's lacrosse team used a 9-1 run to move past visiting Endicott College in the first round of the 2008 NCAA Women's Lacrosse Championship, as the Lord Jeffs earned a 16-7 win over the Gulls. While Endicott ends its season at 15-6, Amherst improves to 14-3 and will head to regional host Franklin & Marshall College to take on Washington & Lee in the round of 16 on Saturday, May 10 at 2:30 p.m.   [full story]
