External games consist of games played outside the group which consists of
 all the teams on the rating page. Typically, a rating page for high school will
 include all games played in a state, so an external game is a game that
 would be played outside that state. In college, an external game would
 be between a Division IA and IAA team or a Division II and a Division III
 team.
