#16 St. Lawrence Downs #19 Nazareth in NCAA Opener

CANTON, N.Y. -- Nazareth's 2009 men's lacrosse season came to a decisive halt Wednesday at St. Lawrence as the host Saints outscored the Golden Flyers, 14-7, in a first-round NCAA Division III Tournament game. The Saints defeated the Golden Flyers for the second time this season and improved to 13-3 overall. St. Lawrence visits Middlebury, Vt. Saturday for a second-round game against the Panthers.
