Centenary Stays in Playoff Hunt with Win Over Marywood

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ (April 15, 2009) – Senior Michelle Garone (West Hempstead, NY/West Hempstead) scored two goals to become the all-time leading scorer in school history as Centenary held off Marywood, 16-13, to stay alive in the Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) playoff hunt. The Lady Cyclones closed out their CSAC schedule with a 3-4 mark, while improving to 6-4 overall. The Pacers fell to 5-7, 3-3 in the conference. [full story]
