CORTLAND, N.Y. - Freshman Lindsay Abbott (South Onondaga/Onondaga Central) scored a career-best eight points on a career-high six goals and two assists to lead the nationally 14th-ranked Cortland women's lacrosse team to a 17-6 victory versus Geneseo in the SUNYAC opener for both teams.
