The power rating in this column represents the results of games within 
this league. All teams listed on this page comprise internal games. All
games played against teams outside this league are not counted.

REG OUT or EXT

To correct the power ratings for games played outside this league,
the sum of errors (go to a team page by clicking on a teamname and examine
the 2nd table 'Goal Differential') introduced by games played outside the 
league (the 'out' column) is added and divided by the total number of games 
played and then multiplied by some constant.

The sum of both terms plus the ten-goal limit correction, the quality
wins and W-L Pct (percentage) factor represents the raw power rating which
is then scaled (normalized) so the top team in the nation is 100.0.
