the 1st rewards points for defeating teams based on local
computer margin of victory calculation, the 2nd
is based on a local poll ranking, if one exists, and the 3rd
is based on local RPI rankings. Only games within a league are counted and games out of region are ignored. This factor
is not used in the power rating calculation.
